When we gather together for Sunday, we run a full and safe Kids program, inclusive of music, food, fun and of course, the word of God.

All teachers are police vetted and final approval made by Team Leader Kids.

Regardless of the location or method of service, every person, including child is recorded for attendance. Children are specifically checked in as they attend and as they leave. Only verified and pre-approved caregivers and family can check a child out of a service.

We endeavour to always have 2 teachers in line of sight of each other at all times. When working with your children.

The Render Gathering utilise and communicate through Brightwheel. Brightwheel is a fully integrated child engagement platform where we update learning progress for the day, weekly activities, highlights using video and photos. This platform is also used to communicate directly with parents. (BRIGHTWHEEL)

More traditional methods of communication are accessible and available such as phone, sms, messenger services or email.

During the term, your whanau have access to our Team Leader and our team of teachers for any support needs or family service in the community. If we can help and support, we’ll do what we can.

At the end of every term, our teachers hold whanau hui (parent/teacher meetings) to discuss their progress, development and growth, including support for life challenges.
